Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026 · Operated by MPLS LLC

1. What ClaroGrid Does

ClaroGrid is a Shopify app for bulk product editing. It gives merchants a spreadsheet-style interface to edit products, prices, inventory, SEO fields, metafields, and more — directly inside the Shopify admin.

These Terms apply to anyone who installs or uses ClaroGrid.

2. Your Shopify Data

ClaroGrid accesses your Shopify store data through the official Shopify API with the permissions you grant during installation. Specifically:

ClaroGrid does not access customer data, order data, or any data outside the scopes you approve.

3. What We Store

To provide undo history, audit logging, catalog snapshots, and scheduled operations, ClaroGrid stores product data on its own servers. This data is:

For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan supports up to 50 products with 5 edits per month and the basic grid editor. No credit card required. The free plan will always remain free.

4.2 Paid Plans

Starter ($9/month), Growth ($19/month), and Pro ($29/month) plans offer additional features including CSV import/export, saved filters, longer undo history, catalog snapshots, scheduled operations, bulk editing, audit logging, and metafield editing.

4.3 Billing

All billing is handled through Shopify's app subscription system. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Shopify admin. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

7. Availability and Support

We aim to keep ClaroGrid available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, Shopify API changes, or infrastructure issues may cause temporary downtime.

Support is available via email. Response times depend on your plan — Pro plan subscribers receive priority support.

8. Intellectual Property

ClaroGrid and its interface, code, and design are owned by MPLS LLC. Your product data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your store data.

9. Disclaimers

ClaroGrid is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that it will be error-free, that edits will always apply correctly, or that undo history will always be available. While we take care to ensure reliability, bulk operations modify live store data and carry inherent risk.

We strongly recommend using catalog snapshots before large operations. ClaroGrid is not responsible for lost revenue, incorrect pricing, or other damages resulting from edits you apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MPLS LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of ClaroGrid is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using ClaroGrid at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your data is deleted per our data retention policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Shopify admin or via the email associated with your Shopify account at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
